Organitea, a Malaysian wholesaler specialising in home goods, embarked on an ambitious journey with us to launch and expand its e-commerce presence into Australia, transitioning from traditional local store sales.
Our strategy was multi-faceted and tailored to meet these goals. We developed a responsive website that catered to the Australian audience, incorporating popular Australian payment methods and efficient logistics to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Recognising the importance of local appeal, we undertook a rebranding initiative to adapt Organitea’s brand identity and content for Australian online shoppers. To engage directly with this new audience, we implemented organic social media campaigns and search engine optimisation (SEO) tactics, alongside targeted online advertising on social media and search engines focused on brand awareness and conversion.
The successful launch of the e-commerce platform marked Organitea's transition from a local wholesaler to a thriving online retailer. Within a year, we achieved a 40% increase in online sales and a 75% rise in website traffic from Australia, indicating a strong and growing interest in Organitea’s offerings.
